Important Information Regarding Our Custom Made Costumes
Please place your costume order as soon as possible to ensure delivery by Halloween. We can delivery costumes Oct 30-31st. No Sooner.. All costume orders placed after 10/19/09 will incur a rush fee. We will contact you with the rush shipping costs that apply to your order.
Rush Fees will apply to any Costume order placed after October 19th. We will contact you with the rush fees that apply to your order.
Delivery by Halloween Only
Due Dates: 10/30 to 10/31- $45 rush fee
Rush fees will be billed seperately after your order is placed.
We will contact you prior to processing your costume order.
IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE A DUE DATE WITH YOUR COSTUME ORDER WE WILL ASSUME YOU DO NOT NEED IT PRIOR TO OCTOBER 31ST SO WE WILL SHIP IT TO ARRIVE BY OCT 31st.
ATTENTION: If you order something that is not considered a costume but you need it for Halloween then please let us know so we can make sure it is delivered to you in time. Otherwise we will assume it is a regular custom made order which takes 2-4 weeks to make and ship.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We can not guarantee Halloween delivery for orders shipped outside the United States.
If you place a costume order by Oct 12th it should reach you by Oct 31st. You will need to pay extra for rush international shipping. We will not accept returns on custom made costumes due to the item not reaching you in time. If you live outside the United States and place a costume order after Oct 12th than you accept that it might not reach you in time and you are ordering at your own risk.
PLEASE REMEMBER: If you need your costume prior to the 31st please include this due date in the special message box on the checkout page. If you order an item not considered a costume but you need it for Halloween than include a note in the special message box when you place your order or we will assume it's a regular order which takes 2-4 weeks if it's a custom made item.

We can not be held responsible for UPS, Fedex, or USPS delivery problems. Once it leaves our shipping department it is out our hands. We will ship it by any means necessary to arrive by your due date but any problems that UPS, FEDEX, or USPS has delivering your package is beyond our control. Please make sure you type your shipping address correctly to avoid any delivery problems.
