Important Information Regarding Our Custom Made Costumes

Need your Costume by October 31st?
We are still taking custom made costume orders for October 31st delivery. We can still make your costume and ship to arrive by October 31st. There will be a $50 rush charge for all costume or custom made clothing orders needing to be delivered by Oct 31st.

As of October 24th, We can only guarantee delivery of your custom made costume by October 31st. Place your orders as soon as possible to save on rush shipping charges.

WE WILL SHIP YOUR COSTUME ORDER TO ARRIVE BY OCTOBER 31ST VIA UPS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS. PLEASE NOTE WE NEED A FEW DAYS TO MAKE YOUR COSTUME THEREFORE YOUR COSTUME WILL SHIP BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY SO THAT IT CAN ARRIVE TO YOU BY THE 31ST. MORE THAN LIKELY IT WILL BE SHIPPING OVERNIGHT VIA UPS ON OCT 29TH OR OCT 30TH TO ARRIVE TO YOU BY THE 31ST.

Do I have to pay a Rush Fee?
If you need your costume by October 31st choose that date from the pull down menu next to each costume. The rush charge will automatically be added to the cost of your costume. The Rush Fee includes rush manufacturing of your custom made costume and rush shipping costs. This rush fee is in addition to the regular shipping costs for your order. We will ship your order by any means necessary so that your order arrives by your due date. Please note that UPS Overnight fees can run a little high due to fuel surcharges, rural area surcharges, oversized boxes (for costumes with bigger/heavier props) etc.

Do you plan to wear a custom made style that is not considered a costume for Halloween?
If you order something that is not considered a costume but you need it for Halloween then please let us know so we can make sure it is delivered to you in time. Otherwise we will assume it is a regular custom made order which takes 2-4 weeks to make and ship. Rush Fees may apply.

Do you live outside of the United States and want to order something for Halloween delivery?
We can not guarantee Halloween delivery for orders shipped outside the United States. If you place a costume order by Oct 12th it should reach you by Oct 31st. You will need to pay extra for rush international shipping. We will not accept returns on custom made costumes due to the item not reaching you in time. If you live outside the United States and place a costume order after Oct 12th than you accept that it might not reach you in time and you are ordering at your own risk.

Did you make sure you typed in your shipping address correctly?
We can not be held responsible for UPS, Fedex, or USPS delivery problems. Once it leaves our shipping department it is out our hands. We will ship it by any means necessary to arrive by your due date but any problems that UPS, FEDEX, or USPS has delivering your package is beyond our control. Please make sure you type your shipping address correctly to avoid any delivery problems.

PLEASE REMEMBER: As of Oct 24th, We can only guarantee delivery by October 31st. If you order an item not considered a costume but you need it for Halloween than include a note in the special message box when you place your order or we will assume it's a regular order which takes 2-4 weeks if it's a custom made item.
