All Custom Made Costumes will be delivered by October 29th

Important Information Regarding Our Custom Made Costumes
Please place your costume order as soon as possible to avoid any rush fees. IF you need your costume prior to October 29th please include your due date in the special message box on the checkout page so that we can have your costume delivered to you in time. If you need your costume in less than two weeks from the date you ordered it you may need to pay an additional fee for rush shipping. We will contact you if any rush shipping costs apply to your order.

Rush Fees may apply to any Costume order placed after October 15th or any order needed less than 12 days from the order date. We will contact you if any rush fees apply to your order.

IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE A DUE DATE WITH YOUR COSTUME ORDER WE WILL ASSUME YOU DO NOT NEED IT PRIOR TO OCTOBER 29th SO WE WILL SHIP IT TO ARRIVE BY OCT 29th.

ATTENTION: If you order something that is not considered a costume but you need it for Halloween then please let us know so we can make sure it is delivered to you in time. Otherwise we will assume it is a regular custom made order which takes 2-4 weeks to make and ship.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We can not guarantee Halloween delivery for orders shipped outside the United States. If you place a costume order by Oct 12th it should reach you by Oct 31st. You will need to pay extra for rush international shipping. We will not accept returns on custom made costumes due to the item not reaching you in time. If you live outside the United States and place a costume order after Oct 12th than you accept that it might not reach you in time and you are ordering at your own risk.

PLEASE REMEMBER: If you need your costume prior to the 29th please include this due date in the special message box on the checkout page. If you order an item not considered a costume but you need it for Halloween than include a note in the special message box when you place your order or we will assume it's a regular order which takes 2-4 weeks if it's a custom made item.

PLEASE READ THIS STATEMENT CAREFULLY
We can not be held responsible for UPS, Fedex, or USPS delivery problems. Once it leaves our shipping department it is out our hands. We will ship it by any means necessary to arrive by your due date but any problems that UPS, FEDEX, or USPS has delivering your package is beyond our control. Please make sure you type your shipping address correctly to avoid any delivery problems.
