We take all forms of financial fraud very seriously. In order to protect our customers and our business, we log all transaction activity, including your IP address and time of purchase. In the event of fraud, we will provide this information to all relevant agencies, including the financial institution, merchant services and legal entities.
Return / Refund Policy
Due to the delicate & intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. In most cases we can not issue a refund. We will gladly accept exchanges or issue you store credit on anything you are not satisfied with. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately after your package arrives for return instructions. All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition to receive a replacement. We will not except garments that have been worn or misused (stains, burns, etc) or have smoke or pet odors.

Special Rush Delivery Rates:
If you'd like to pay for a faster shipping method, you may do so! However, the shipping times do not start until the package is shipped. It may take 3-10 days for your package to be shippped from our warehouse. Shipping times on rush shipping methods do not start until the package has been shipped out. Rates are as follows:
Express Mail: This is the US Postal Service's overnight delivery service. They guarantee overnight delivery to most major cities and 2 day delivery to other US destinations. The charge for this method is $25
UPS Two Day: $15
UPS Overnight Delivery: $35
International Orders

We are very happy to cater to our PLUS SIZE beauties outside of the United States.
The shopping cart will automatically calcuate a shipping charge of $25 to any country outside of the United States. This will ship most packages via Global Priority Mail with a tracking number. Global Priority mail takes about 6-10days. You will be able to track Global Priority Mail packages. If your order contains alot of items or more than one pair of shoes causing the weight of your package to weigh more than 2 pounds we will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges that may be due (if applicable). If your order weighs less than 1 pound we will adjust the shipping charge on your order to reflect the smaller cost of shipping your package to you via First Class International mail. First Class International mail does not have a tracking number and costs less than Global Priority mail. You will not be able to track first First Class International Mail. The delivery time for First Class International Mail is about 7-14days.
2. When Will My Order Ship Out?
All IN STOCK Orders will be shipped within 48 hours by USPS. If an item is on backorder, or a special order item, it will usually ship within 3-10 days. If there is a back order with the manufacturer and the order can not be filled within 3-10 days we will notify you. You will be notified when ever possible with updates on your order. All of our club wear, dancer wear, costumes, and dresses are custom made. They are not made until your order is placed. It will take 1- 4 weeks to receive your order on these items.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Money Orders
Online Credit Card Users: You will fill out your credit card details on the shopping cart when checking out. Please note... Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from: JANELLE R JACKSON.
Mail Order Users: Print out success page upon completion of your order and mail it along with payment: we accept money orders, Visa, or Mastercard. Please make money orders out to: Dare2Dream Enterprises.
credit card orders: Include Type of Card (Visa or Mastercard), cvv code (3 digit number on back of card), Card #, Expiration Date.

How will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from: JANELLE R JACKSON. Custom made orders are on a prepaid basis because they are custom made. All items on the Diva Style menu are custom made and will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.
Do you bill and ship discreetly?
YES! Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from: JANELLE R JACKSON. All packages are shipped in plain packaging with a return address to JRJ Enterprises.
Do you do rush orders?
We are happy to cater to all of our customers! If you have special needs or requests emails us @ orders@biggalslingerie.com. If it is possible we will do it. Rush orders may not be possible on our custom made club wear, dancer wear, dresses, and costumes. Please email us at orders@biggalslingerie.com to discuss your special situation.

As long as the order hasn't shipped and it is not a custom made order such as club wear, dancer wear, dresses, and costumes you may cancel your order. Please email us at orders@biggalslingerie.com.
