Fraud Notice
We take all forms of financial fraud very seriously. In order to protect our customers and our business, we log all transaction activity, including your IP address and time of purchase. In the event of fraud, we will provide this information to all relevant agencies, including the financial institution, merchant services and legal entities.

Return / Refund Policy

Due to the delicate & intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. In most cases we can not issue a refund. We will gladly accept exchanges or issue you store credit on anything you are not satisfied with. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately after your package arrives for return instructions. All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition to receive a replacement. We will not accept garments that have been worn or misused (stains, burns, etc) or have perfume, smoke or pet odors. We can not accept returns or exchanges on panties, thongs, gstrings, pantyhose, thigh high stockings, or bodystockings.

Special Rush Delivery Rates:
If you'd like to pay for a faster shipping method, you may do so! However, the shipping times do not start until the package is shipped. It may take 3-10 days for your package to be shippped from our warehouse. Shipping times on rush shipping methods do not start until the package has been shipped out. Rates are as follows:

  • Express Mail: This is the US Postal Service's overnight delivery service. They guarantee overnight delivery to most major cities and 2 day delivery to other US destinations. The charge for this method is an additonal charge of $25 on top of the shipping cost already assessed by the shopping cart.
  • UPS Two Day: $20-$25 (depending on your location)
  • UPS Overnight Delivery: $30-$65 (depending on your location)

    International Orders
    We are very happy to cater to our PLUS SIZE beauties outside of the United States. The shopping cart will automatically calcuate the shipping charges to countries outside of the United States. This will ship most packages via First Class International Parcel. First Class International takes about 7 to 21 business days to be delivered to you. It does not include a tracking number but does include a customs form number that your local customs authority scans when accepting a package from another country. They can usually track it once it's entered into their system.

    For faster international delivery and better tracking you may opt to have your order shipped via Global Priority or Global Express. Global Priority starts at $25 and Global Express starts at $35. Global Priority mail takes about 6-10 days, Global Express about 5 days. You will be able to track Global Priority & Express Mail packages online. Please CONTACT US after you place your order if you would like to upgrade to Global Priority or Express Mail shipping.

    If your order contains alot of items or more than one pair of shoes causing the weight of your package to weigh more than 2 pounds we will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges that may be due (if applicable). If your order weighs less than 1 pound we will adjust the shipping charge on your order to reflect the smaller cost of shipping your package to you via First Class International mail. First Class International mail does not have a tracking number and costs less than Global Priority or Global Express mail. You will not be able to track first First Class International Mail online. If you would like to save a little money and do not need to have your package in a hurry than First Class International is perfect. If you need it faster and do not mind paying a little extra for the cost of the faster shipping method than please CONTACT US after you place your order to upgrade to Global Priority or Express Mail shipping.

    Important Info about Import Taxes:
    We will fill out a customs form for every package shipped to a destination outside of the United States. You MAY have to pay customs taxes on your package. Any taxes assesed by your country is YOUR responsiblity. We have no control over the amount of the customs tax or if you even have to pay it. We will NOT accept return packages for orders because you didn't want to pay a customs tax when your package was being delivered to you. Most countries impose a tax on merchandise purchased outside of their country. Each country has different rules and regulations in place on when to assess a tax and how much it will be. Please check with your government to find out more about customs taxes on orders you placed outside of your country before placing your order. YOU will responsible for paying any taxes assesed by your government. WE will not accept returns for non payment of your customs taxes.

    2.  When Will My Order Ship Out?
    All IN STOCK Orders will be shipped within 48 hours by USPS. If an item is on backorder, or a special order item, it will usually ship within 3-10 days. If there is a back order with the manufacturer and the order can not be filled within 3-10 days we will notify you. You will be notified when ever possible with updates on your order. All of our club wear, dancer wear, costumes, and dresses are custom made. That is ANY style that is available in sizes 1X-12X. They are not made until your order is placed. It will take 2- 4 weeks to receive your order on these items.

    2.  What forms of payment do you accept?
    We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Money Orders

    Online Credit Card Users: You will fill out your credit card details on the shopping cart payment page when checking out.

    Mail Order Users: Print out success page upon completion of your order and mail it along with payment: we accept money orders, Visa, or Mastercard. Please make money orders out to: Dare2Dream Enterprises. credit card orders: Include Type of Card (Visa or Mastercard), cvv code (3 digit number on back of card), Card #, Expiration Date.     Do you bill and ship discreetly?
    YES! All packages are shipped in plain packaging with a return address of Dare2Dream Enterprises.

    Do you do rush orders?
    We are happy to cater to all of our customers! If you have special needs or requests emails us @ orders@biggalslingerie.com. If it is possible we will do it. Rush orders may not be possible on our custom made club wear, dancer wear, dresses, and costumes. Please email us at orders@biggalslingerie.com to discuss your special situation.

    Please email us at orders@biggalslingerie.com to discuss any changes. If it is a custom made item it may not be possible to change so please make sure of any colors and size options before placing orders on these items.

    Can I cancel my order?
    As long as the order hasn't shipped and it is not a custom made order such as club wear, dancer wear, dresses, and costumes you may cancel your order. Please email us at orders@biggalslingerie.com.
